Elections: 9th AGM of the College
At the AGM elections Darian Leader was re-elected as President for one year, Peter Nevins was re-elected as a Governor for 3 years and we welcome Kate Gilbert as a new member of the Board, elected for 3 years. We would also like to extend our thanks to Dorothy Hamilton, who has served on the Board for many years.
Academy of Psychoanalysis
The Academy of Psychoanalysis has up to now been more or less a dormant entity. We are hoping that over the next few years this may change and the Academy becomes a functioning part of the College, beginning with an event next spring at which people will be presenting research work in progress. Dorothy Hamilton is taking the lead role in starting up this new activity in the Academy and we are extremely grateful to her for this ongoing contribution to the work of the College.
