Our conference this year, The Drive to Regulate, aims for approaching the question whether psychoanalysis can be regulated by interrogating the history and recent moves to regulate the profession. How can we approach the underlying rationale in an analytic sense? What shapes such a drive and how does it influence the practice of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy?

We will discuss various arguments with regards to formulating our response and position concerning such moves.

Our conference include speakers from the UK speaking to the British context, and our international contributors to the event will offer us a broader perspective on the issue.

Entrance fee: £20 Concessions: £15
