The College AGM
Notice is hereby given that the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the College of Psychoanalysts-UK will be held at 12.15pm on Saturday 19th November 2011 in Room 414, Birkbeck College, Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HX.
Business will be conducted according to the following Agenda:
1. To receive Apologies
2. Minutes of the Seventh AGM
3. Matters Arising
4. To receive the President’s Report
5. To receive the Hon Treasurer’s Report and to adopt the Annual Accounts 2010-11
6. To appoint auditors for the ensuing financial year
7. Elections:
a. To elect the Honorary Secretary (3 years)
b. To elect two Governors (each for 3-year terms)
8. To take any Other Business
9. To arrange the date of the AGM for 2012-13
